Make your cuppa count and donate today

In the time it would take you to boil your kettle, another person in the UK will develop dementia. Every three minutes someone develops dementia. Thank you for choosing to make a donation and help ensure no one faces dementia alone.

More families affected by dementia will be provided with the life-changing support of our specialist dementia nurses because of your generosity.

“I can’t see how any family navigates dementia without an Admiral Nurse.’’
Elliott, who was 12 when his dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.

The Nationwide Fairer Futures programme is helping people who have been dealt an unfair hand across generations. Our partnership with Nationwide is game-changing, giving even more people access to our services, because together we want every family affected by dementia to benefit from specialist support as they face the fear and confusion of dementia. This May, Nationwide are supporting our annual tea party ‘Time for a Cuppa’, going all out to raise awareness and funds in support of Dementia UK.

Our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses are a lifeline to families facing dementia - in the community, in hospitals, on our free Helpline, and in virtual clinics. They offer personalised clinical advice and psychological support; advise people about benefits and financial issues; support families in their caring role; and help build links with other health and social care professionals.

Through our partnership with Nationwide we're offering free dementia clinics in 200 Nationwide branches across the UK. Learn more about how to access this support.
